Add the ability to set/unset a logical seat name
Only the logical seat is required here, what is the physical seat for input devices ("seat-0" and ID_SEAT in general) is not needed, that's handled by the whole EI client authentication approach anyway.
This is basically a hint for "I want this device in a specific logical seat" which the server can accept (seat name stays the same) or drop (seat is NULL).
