goodix: Consume the retry errors during verify/identify reports

We should not pass such kind of errors to complete functions, or we'll fail the identification without ability to retry immediately.

(fprintd:152834): libfprint-device-WARNING **: 19:52:19.795: Driver reported a retry error to fpi_device_identify_complete. This is not permissible and needs to be reported using fpi_device_identify_report, reporting general identification failure instead.
