Virtual device handle data not found or duplicated (and open errors/timeouts)

Make the driver (with storage) to support duplicated enroll detection and data not found during verify / identify, given fprintd already handles the error properly, it doesn't cause any issue (nor change needed) with fprintd!122 (merged)
