goodixmoc: support power button shield feature

Some OEM will integrate fingerprint device with powerButton. It`s possible that a user may press the powerButton during experiencing fingerprint(enroll or identify) and leads PC to shutdown or Hibernate. We add pwr_btn_shield cmd and related process to shield powerButton function when use fingerprint function (enroll and identify), and restore powerButton function when not use fingerprint (enroll finish, cancel enroll, identify finish, etc.).
