Early match reporting

Some initial patch …

Sorry for it to be this large, but adjustments really need to be made all over the place (though documentation index is still missing, oops).

Also missing are the updates for FpImageDevice, which will hopefully become nicer. And synaptics should probably always delay completion until the finger is removed.
