Fix typo and wording in fprintd(1) manpage

fprintd(1) contains some typos and potentially unclear wording:

  • "Note" is misspelled as "Not" in the second paragraph of the ARGUMENTS section.
  • "The default is automatic" would be more clearly written as "The default is to choose automatically"

This PR makes those fixes.
