HID: bpf: add support for the XP-Pen Artist Pro 19 (gen2)

The device behaves the same than the 16" and 14" models, so let's just add support for it too.

Related to #38

Keeping this one as draft for now because the wheel of the new stylus is not properly supported, so as the luminosity buttons on the side of the device. <- this can be done in a followup MR if needed
