bpf/userhack: Add MX Master 3S horizontal scroll fix

Alexander "Ananace" Olofsson requested to merge ananace/udev-hid-bpf:MX-Master-3S-Horiz into main

The Logitech MX Master 3S has its thumb wheel set up the opposite direction to the other mice in the MX Master lineup, so invert it to keep things consistent.

Have not tested over Bluetooth, so that code's commented out
