The patches are synchronous with linux kernel commit https://patchwork.kernel.org/patch/11204607/.

<hid: check whether usage page item is after usage id item> won't abort the full test for hid-tools.
<tests/gamepads: rework gamepad tests for asus gamepad> will fail the test, if running environment kernel doen't include https://patchwork.kernel.org/patch/11204607/.
