glibc-2.38 compatibility wrt. strlcat/strlcpy
glibc-2.38 now has built-in strlcat/strlcpy and obviously this creates problems when libbsd is mixed into an application, esp. when strict linking requirements for LTO and -fno-semantic-interposition are enforced. It would be great if libbsd could detect when it is being built on glibc-2.38 and just not build its own versions of these functions. I tried to take a look but the autoconf stuff is way too complicated for me. :(
