General cleanup
- flutter-sdk-native update to append to do_unpack
- create the app pub-cache from the flutter-sdk pub-cache. Save time
- remove unused var FLUTTER_PUB_CMD
- update common.inc do_cleanall to include full path
- update pub cache archive name to include ${PN}
- default building desktop embedder (GTK)
