flutter-engine.bbclass. Allows easy recipe creation for Fixed Engine releases.
flutter-app.bbclass. Allows easy recipe creation for Flutter Application.
remove flutter_wayland and related dependencies.
Add flutter-video-player-plugin to linux-dummy CI.
