Enable Complex Apps

- Add: ObjectBox Flutter App benchmark recipe
- Add: Membrane Dart Example recipe
- Add: FLUTTER_PREBUILD_CMD for source generation steps
- Add: archive/restore of .dart_tool folder post `dart pub get`
- Add: FLUTTER_APPLICATION_INSTALL_PREFIX for installation of projects under ${datadir}
- Fix: typo in gn-utils.inc
- Add: ivi-homescreen-release-logging recipe.  This builds ivi-homescreen with Debug logging.
       This builds ivi-homescreen in debug.  Don't use in production.
