    sound fixes for 4.0-rc4

This is a round of HD-audio fixes: there are a long-standing
regression fix and a few more device/codec-specific quirks.
In addition, a couple of FireWire regression fixes, a USB-audio quirk
for Roland UA-22 and a sanity check in API for user-defined control
    elements.

    sound fixes for 4.0-rc3

In this pull request, there are a few more ASoC changes that have been
gathered since rc1, but it's still fairly calm over all. The only
largish LOC is found in atmel driver, and it's just a removal of
broken non-DT stuff. The rest are all small driver-specific fixes,
    nothing to worry much.

    sound fixes for 4.0-rc2

Most of changes in this pull request are about the fixes of crash of
FireWire drivers at hot-unplugging. In addition, there are a few
HD-audio fixes (removal of wrong static, a pin quirk for an ASUS mobo,
a regression fix for runtime PM on Panther Point) and a long-standing
(but fairly minor) bug of PCM core.

    sound fixes for 3.19

Hopefully the final pull request for 3.19: this ended up with a
slightly higher volume than wished, but I put them all as they are
either stable or 3.19 regression fixes.

Most of commits are from ASoC, and have been stewed for a while in
linux-next. The only change in the common code is the regression
fixes for ASoC AC97 stuff wrt device registrations. The rest are
device-specific, mostly small fixes in various ASoC drivers and
    ak411x on ice1724 boards.

    sound fixes for 3.19-rc7

This batch ended up being larger than wished, but there is nothing to
worry too much there. Most of commits are for ASoC, a compress NULL
dereference fix, a fix for probe error handling, and the rest are
device-specific fixes. In addition, we have a fix for a long-standing
but of seq-dummy driver, which just cuts off the buggy part in the
    end.

This batch contains two fixes for FireWire lib module and a quirk
for yet another Logitech WebCam. The former is the fixes for MIDI
handling I forgot to pick up during the merge window. All the
fixed code is pretty local and shouldn't give any regressions.
