    sound fixes for 4.4

A slightly higher volume than a new year's wish, but not too
worrisome: a large LOC is only for HD-audio device-specific quirks,
so fairly safe to apply. The rest ASoC fixes are all trivial and
small; a simple replacement of mutex call with nested lock version,
a few Arizona and Realtek codec fixes, and a regression fix for
    Skylake firmware handling.

    sound fixes for 4.4-rc7

This shouldn't be a nightmare before Christmas: just a handful
small device-specific fixes for various ASoC and HD-audio drivers.
Most of them are stable fixes.

As usual in rc6, this update contains only a few HD-audio and
USB-audio device-specific quirks: yet another Thinkpad noise fixes,
Dell headphone mic fixes, and AudioQuest DragonFly fixes.

Add get_eld audio component for i915/HD-audio

Here are the patchset to add get_eld op to audio component for
communicating more directly between i915 and HD-audio.

Currently, the HDMI/DP audio status and ELD are notified and obtained
via the hardware-level communication over HD-audio unsolicited event
and verbs although the graphics driver holds the exactly same
information. As we already have a notification via audio component,
this is another step forward; namely, the audio driver may fetch
directly the audio status and ELD via the new component op.

The commits are based on Dave's latest drm-next branch.

Again less intensive changes in this rc: you can find only a few
HD-audio fixes (noise fixes for Intel Broxton chip and a few Thinkpad
models, quirks for Alienware 17 and Packard Bell DOTS) in addition
    to a long-standing rme96 bug fix.

    sound fixes for 4.4-rc4

This time we've got a larger number of updates, mainly from ASoC
world. The only significant LOCs found here are for Realtek codecs,
where most of changes are quite systematic replacements.

There are also a few fixes in ASoC core side: one is the PM call order
fix to ensure the DPAM resume working properly. Another is the proper
cleanup call after freeing DAPM widgets, and the correction of the
wrong callback set in topology API.

The rest are a wide range of driver-specific small fixes, including
    HD-audio.

    sound fixes for 4.4-rc1

Here are a collection of small fixes tha have been gathered for
4.4-rc1. The only significant changes are those in PCI drivers
Kconfig, to use "depends on" instead of "select" for CONFIG_ZONE_DMA.
A reverse select is often more user-friendly, but in this case, it
makes hard to manage with the conflict with ZONE_DEVICE, so changed in
    such a way for now.

Others are all small fixes and quirks: an error check in soundcore
reigster_chrdev(), HD-audio HDMI/DP phantom jack fix, Intel Broxton DP
quirk, USB-audio DSD device quirk, some constifications, etc.
