meson: Ignore more spammy warnings on MSVC

Nirbheek Chauhan requested to merge nirbheek/ffmpeg:fix-spammy-msvc-warnings into meson-4.3

These warnings represent extremely common patterns in the ffmpeg codebase that upstream is likely not interested in changing. If you have the patience, you can give it a shot yourself. All the best.

With this change, the build log spam drops from thousands of warnings to just 12.
