qmlgloverlay: make depth buffer optional

Andreas Wittmann requested to merge anwim/gstreamer:qml-make-depth-buffer-optional into main

allow dropping depth/stencil buffer for qmlgloverlay element. Shows considerable drop in memory bandwidth consumption of the element on windows platforms.
