Android tutorials: add outputs to gitignore

Hi all,

This MR makes it easier to manage Git stats after an Android build is performed following the instructions in .gitlab-ci.yml.

The gst-android-build folders for each tutorial and GstPlayer are added here, along with the APK files that are copied to the main folder as well.
