qt6: search in /usr/lib/qt6/bin/ for qsb

Marc Leeman requested to merge den_erpel/gstreamer:gst-plugins-good-bugfix/qsb-in-usr-lib-qt6-bin into main

In Debian and possibly other distributions, qsb (qt6-shader-baker) is not in the default path, but in a QT6 specific path. Search there too
