Backport of !5021 (merged) "qtdemux: Fix premature EOS when some files are played in push mode".

Todo:

  • needs integration-testsuites cherry-pick/update for 1.22 branch there
  • Needs manual intervention, cherry-picking failed! (probably because of integration test suites media git submodule commit update)
