gst-gl: Modified location of gstglconfig.h install

gstglcontextconfig.h is installed to {prefix}/lib/gstreamer-1.0/include/gst/gl/gstglconfig.h

Every other gstgl header is installed to {prefix}/include/gstreamer-1.0/gst/gl
