Revert "meson: Install viv-fb GL headers, needed by i.MX"

Matthew Waters requested to merge ystreet/gstreamer:1-22-revert-viv-fb-header-install into 1.22

Missing pkg-config files and gir files as is required from any public facing GL API for bindings reasons.

This reverts commit c95b7b8e.
