decodebin3: send the EOS event downstream immediately which is from input stream.

  1. When only one of slots receive EOS from input stream, it will cause hang if do seek operation at this time.
  2. Need send the EOS immediately and stream synchronizer can create GAP event to sink to finish pre-roll.
