video-format: lookup 32bpp RGB format without alpha

Marc Leeman requested to merge den_erpel/gstreamer:gst-plugins-base/video-lookup-depth32-bpp32 into main

librfb requests a colour space for depth 32 and bpp 32 with alpha set to 0x0, treat this the same as depth 24 with bpp 32.

This patch is needed to support UltraVNC in rfbsrc.
