souploader: help discover the libsoup libraries on macos

Stéphane Cerveau requested to merge dabrain34/gstreamer:dab_libsoup_macos_loader into main

In case of recent macos, for security reason g_module_open fails to load the library with only the filename, needs the full path to the file. LD_LIBRARY_PATH or DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH can not be set prior in zsh.
