magicleap: update lumin_rt libraries names to the latest official version

@xclaesse can you please take a quick look?

Given the limited number of users of the magicleap plugins I though it would be OK to update the names of the libraries without caring about backwards compatibility.

Ideally this should also be backported to 1.18
