osxaudio: Increase max channels to 64

The current limit of 9 channels can be a bit restrictive when considering some multichannel audio formats.

I'm not aware of the full implications of increasing this to 64, but I have tested this to some degree without any noticeable problems writing to WAV files and using the Loopback tool from Rogue Amoeba to test out different numbers of input channels.
