docs: Hardware-acceleration using v4l2 references wrong (non-existent?) plugin
I just noticed this bit of documentation in https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gstreamer/-/blob/main/subprojects/gst-docs/markdown/tutorials/playback/hardware-accelerated-video-decoding.md:
Video4Linux: Recent Linux kernels have a kernel API to expose hardware codecs in a standard way, this is now supported by the
v4l2
plugin ingst-plugins-good
. This can support both decoding and encoding depending on the platform.
However, there does not seem to be a v4l2
plugin at all, and AFAIU the plugin needed to for the v4l2 kernel decoder API is the v4l2codecs
plugin in gst-plugins-bad
