gir-files: Obliterate unnecessary whitespace

xmlstarlet is configured to preserve whitespace, seemingly for no good reason. It is annoying while working with the files.

Re-running ./fix.sh with these changes is not enough to apply all cleanup (that doesn't remove interior whitespace, only if the node at hand has been modified by the editing operation) so all files have been newly imported from the 1.18.2 tag.

In total regeneration results in just a single change in GES.
