Various fixes and improvements to the SDP bindings

Sebastian Dröge requested to merge slomo/gstreamer-rs:sdp-fixups into master

The same changes will have to be done for SDPMessage and possible some of the MIKEY API, and then the Debug impls of everything in here have to be improved.

This involves API changes.
