Add high-level Rust bindings for gstreamer GL?
The Servo plugin has to import some functions from gstreamer_gl_sys, e.g. gst_gl_context_thread_add. https://github.com/servo/servo/blob/master/ports/gstplugin/servowebsrc.rs has the full list.
