License confusion in three files
Looking at the following files, their source headers are a bit confusing:
- gst-python-1.19.2/gi/overrides/GstPbutils.py
- gst-python-1.19.2/gi/overrides/Gst.py
- gst-python-1.19.2/testsuite/common.py
These files have LGPL-2.1 headers, aking to much of gstplugins:
# This program is free software; you can redistribute it and/or
# modify it under the terms of the GNU Lesser General Public
# License as published by the Free Software Foundation; either
# version 2.1 of the License, or (at your option) any later version.
#
# This program is distributed in the hope that it will be useful,
# but WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY; without even the implied warranty of

# License along with this program; if not, write to the

# Boston, MA 02110-1301, USA.
but then tucked under that header is a small GPL-3.0 statement:
# This program is free software; you can redistribute it and/or modify
# it under the terms of the GNU General Public License as published by
# the Free Software Foundation; either version 3, or (at your option)
# any later version.
This seemed unusual, so I thought I would point it out.
