Installation instructions and readme files

Hi, guys! I'm searching for any installation guides or readme files cos there isn't that much info out there. For example, README says:

This file will be autogenerated. Please read README-docs.

But file README-docs is absent. Please, could you explain how to install and use this packet? Or where can I find README-docs? And which role does this packet play in the whole gstreamer ecosystem? Maybe I'm supposed to compile it via https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gst-build tool or anything else?

There are some manuals out there in the internet, but most of them are deprecated and barely working. It would be awesome to have a proper guide in this repo.
