skia: Implement a video compositor using skia

This is the initial implementation of a skia based plugin, more patches are yet to come. It provides an almost drop in replacement for the compositor element (only pixel formats support by skia can be outputed at this point).

It is currently very simple but aims at being the basis for a proper of skia based elements.
