rpicamsrc: GST_FLOW_ERROR_TIMEOUT at 10 FPS with v2 camera
On a Raspberry Pi 3 or Pi Zero W with an official v2 camera, GST_FLOW_ERROR_TIMEOUT would occur when recording at 10 fps. This did not occur with the official v1 camera on a pi3 at 10 fps.
