Imagesequencesrc v2

Thibault Saunier requested to merge thiblahute/gst-plugins-good:imagesequencesrc into master

This is basically an import from gst-plugins-bad!1059 (closed) as we decided to push it in -good right away.

I can't reuse !104 (closed) as that other one doesn't allow push, and even if it did, I could not make sure related branchs in -validate and -integration-testsuites could be tested.
