jpegdec: support 4-num_components format such as YCCK and CMYK
requested to merge Zhipeng/gst-plugins-good:jpegdec-support-4-num_components-format into discontinued-for-monorepo
jpegdec not support 4-num_components color format, so CMYK and YCCK color format jpeg file will not be able to decode. jpegdec support to decode CMYK and YCCK format.
