v4l2object : support nv12_8l128 and nv12_10be_8l128

v4l2object : amphion vpu support to decode stream to nv12_8l128 or nv12_10be_8l128. v4l2 plugin add support for these two formats

Thanks @ming.qian, perhaps you could also update the commit message with the "v4l2object:" prefix. I'd like short description in the commit long description too. There is no rush, this will be merged when matching kernel format get merged (you can help notify me on this please).
