rtsp: Decreasing timestamp with GstRtspServer streaming Matroska

Submitted by Nicolas Dufresne @ndufresne

Link to original bug (#757440)

Description

It's not yet clear where the issue is (RTSP server or RTSP Client), for now I'm setting this on -good. When I seek Sintel.2010.1080p.mkv (from the official site) keyframes are always lost, and the decoder warn about decreasing timestamp. Here's an example warning.

0:02:10.106136344 19048 0x7f7f40003450 WARN videodecoder gstvideodecoder.c:2815:gst_video_decoder_prepare_finish_frame:<avdec_h264-0> decreasing timestamp (0:02:08.094233160 < 0:02:08.136232950)

This is not exhibited when streaming from an ISOMP4, I also have few other MKV that works.
