compositor: fix crash if pad is removed while being prepared

Matthew Waters requested to merge ystreet/gst-plugins-base:compositor-prepare-remove-pad-race into master

If the pad is removed but we are still in the prepare_frame(), then a g_list_find(sinkpads, pad) will return NULL. Dereferencing NULL will crash.
