rtsp_connection: localhost address should be ignored if returned by the server in the field X-Server-IP-Address of header

Old camera firmware returns localhost address in the field X-Server-IP-Address header making impossible to connect using "rtspsh" (tunneled over HTTPs) protocol with rtspsrc plugin.
