Backport of !1120 (merged) "urisourcebin: Handle sources with dynamic pads and pads already present".

Backporting this helps with !1283 (merged)

Commits:

  • 2e13d97d playback: Stop giving "source" as name to sources (Dropping this commit because it might cause problems for people who rely on the name of the source even if they shouldn't, this kind of change is acceptable for a major release but probably not good for a minor bug fix release)
  • 3f5d580f playback: Handle sources with dynamic pads and pads already present
