rtphdrext: Make all fields private

Olivier Crête requested to merge ocrete/gst-plugins-base:rtphdrext-hide-fields into master

The presence of a method and a field with the same name confuses the C# binding generator. As there are setter/getter functions for all the fields, let's just make them private.

Don't merge before gst-plugins-good!1017 (merged)
