waylandsink: Commit the parent after creating subsurface
I was testing gstreamer waylandsink(1.16) and qtwayland(5.9 & 5.12) with some local hacks(mostly about setting the qt window handle to waylandsink). But the video subsurface didn't paint.
After discussing at: wayland/weston!261 (closed)
Seems like we should force commit the parent after creating the video subsurface.
