RIST Bonding Support

RIST Bonding consist of using multiple network links in order to send an receive stream. This method can be used to add redundancy, to increase the bandwidth or both. In this implementation we currently support two modes, "redundant" and "combined" and make it possible to implement your own by passing a "dispatcher" element.
