avdtpsrc: Fix for transport volume write

Jochen Henneberg requested to merge jh-hsd/gst-plugins-bad:avdtpsrc-transport-volume-write into master

The current implementation cannot update the transport-volume property, instead any change request results in no change. The fix has been tested.
