player: Fix get_current_subtitle_track annotation

Philippe Normand requested to merge philn/gst-plugins-bad:player-current-sub-annotation into master

As the info returned is a new object, the annotation should be transfer-full, similarly to the get_current_{audio,video}_track() implementations.
