androidmedia: ignore additional camera effects if not present

Andrew Branson requested to merge abranson/gst-plugins-bad:fix-android-camera-effects into master

These new camera parameter values are not present on all Android devices. Only HDR appears in the references docs, and that was introduced in a much later API version. Ignore these values if they are not present.
