waylandsink: add wl_registry.global_remove listener

when hotplug display, wayland client will call this listener to notify client do clean up. Temporarily set a dummy function here to avoid app abort

Looks like a fair first step, I'm also not sure what we are suppose to do there to be able to reconnect later, but this is better then an abort. Perhaps we should post an element warning, or element error (a bit like when an X11 window is closed) ?
