v4l2codecs: fix v4l2codecdevice get type
Currently the GType of v4l2codecdevice is hardcoded to zero, but it rather should be delivered by the GType system.
Due to an influx of spam, we have had to impose restrictions on new accounts. Please see this wiki page for instructions on how to get full permissions. Sorry for the inconvenience.
